We’re making a technological pivot and what better time than January 1st, 2023. Back in March 2022, Instagram (Meta) had introduced #DigitalCollectibles. This means that YOU can create collectibles on Instagram that can be added to your crypto wallet or sell them on Instagram.

When you add collectibles you created to your connected wallet, you can:

  • View them in your third-party wallet

  • Share them as posts on Instagram

  • Sell them on third-party marketplaces

What does this all have to do with motorcycles and why should I care?

The answer to that question is like the analogy of using PayPal or Venmo. We first didn’t care too much about these types of services but eventually we all came to cross that bridge when you were forced to make a transaction only given with these options. Same goes for this opportunity and the motorcycle industry will eventually need to learn web3 in order to fuel the audience it wishes to entertain. Los Angeles Moto is furthering its reach outside of the community and optimistically bring in new enthusiast and at the same time bring power back to content creators. Stay tuned by following our social media platforms as well as subscribing to our webpage. LosAngelesMoto.io coming soon in 2023.

This past week, we partnered up with Roland Sands Designs to help bring the moto community in its doors for their monthly bike night. The September heat did not sway riders from joining in on the festivities. Stationed in the heart of Long Beach, CA., RSD is one of the leading Motorcycle design, parts, & apparel known throughout the world. Known for its creative custom builds as well as their practical yet sleek lifestyle apparel collection. It wouldn’t be a bike night without inviting local vendors to showcase their goods. From brands such as: Nine Lives, Fast Babes, and the Rally Moto App that offered quality products. We also had support from businesses like Slow & Low and Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys. The culture of the Los Angeles motorcycle community has always been in the forefront of what it means to be a rider. Tattoos from Zelaya Tattoo and delicious gourmet food from Breakfast Dreams to round out the activities. Special thanks to our LAMOTO photographer, Tony Aldridge for the photo content.

Stay tuned for what’s next in the hoper with the Los Angeles Moto group.

If you’ve never heard of Wheels & Waves then you’ve been missing out! A festival of all things counter culture turned fanfare, this event tucked in a small sleepy town in Southern France, Biarritz becomes the Meca of motorcycle, art, surf, and everything in between that represents life and beauty. I have been lucky enough to take part and experience this amazing event for the last three years. Now the goal is to participate in their new event coming up in October - Wheels & Waves, Italy! Till then, check out these images from the previous years past.

Back in July, 2021 The Outriders Promotions threw a festival called Under the Big Sky which our team had the opportunity of covering. Avory Allmand and Gray Warrior drove down from Denver, CO up to Whitefish, MO for a weekend of fun and a taste of the last frontier in this beautiful country of ours. One of the first big festivals to open its gates to the public after fifteen months of a national shutdown due to Covid-19. We try to remember how it was and hope we could go back to normalcy again. These photographs shot by Gray and Avory gives us hope that our heritage and wanderlust for the outdoors will never be extinguished. Special thanks to our partnering sponsors: Outriders Present, Cardo Systems, & Twisted Road
